I waited 3 hours on hold never got through . From 836 am till 1145 am . Never reached anyone. Needed information regarding traffic citation and to ask for a extension.
Looking for divorce papers from back in 1979. I burnt them fifteen years ago, after being happily married to my forever hubby for twenty years. Who would have ever guessed I would need them to get my new drivers license? The lady I spoke to on the phone was so very helpful and extremely nice!!
I have never in my life been hung up on and questions ignored and treated like I was dumb.. the lady on the clerk office phone was rude and inconsiderate I tried my best to keep my composure they should do the same no matter how difficult the ? Is
I have to say there is a lot of room for improvement for this establishment. The biggest problem i see is the good ol boy acting upon hearsay without actual facts. Rumors are not justification for harrassment. I am anti law enforcement however if the protect and serve motto comes back around ill raise my hand and help any way i can. Furthermore the process of making deals prior to making a plea is illegal. I have plead guilty to numerous crimes i did not commit and even had a judge slander me in open court. In my opinion the judges need to be removed and replaced with some that have a better grasp on reality and a better discernment in seeing justice carried out. The public defenders list needs complete overhaul and the assembly line style court calendar is overlooking way too many cases that should not be ending in incarceration. Out of 19 arrests i actually was guilty beyond reasonable doubt once but in the interest of justice dismissed. All the other cases received poor representation and my p.d always recommended taking the offer from the d.a. I was promised a misdemeanor in one instance but still have a felony on my record and have gotten two more cases because of the error on their part. This is unacceptable in my opinion and probably the opinion of their higher ranking judicial peers.
Never got paper work after my court date and it all automated on the phone you'll never talk to a person. Most unprofessional court house ive ever been. Kangaroo Court.
Thanks for keeping this Courthouse original inside and out. Skylight, circular staircases, trim moldings, marble; nice. I wanted to see the court rooms but they were locked. We always check out County Courthouses when we get a chance.
Unlawful and unjust to all who are in there rain of pain
They’re phone system is atrocious, trying to contact a live person and can’t. Round and round they send you ridiculous.
For traffic, you have to press 7 from the traffic division number to talk to a clerk. It's dumb the automation system doesn't say anything about press 7 to talk to clerk, but the clerk was kind
The website is horrible. You can not access public records.
