Our primary objectives are:
a. To promote the interestes and the welfare of the Tehama County Library and its branches as a cultural, educational, scientific, and recreational asset of the community.
b. To attract bequests and gifts of books, manuscripts, objects of art, money, or other property as a supplement to, and beyond, the budget of the Tehama County Library.
c. To support the freedom to read as expressed in the American Library Association Bill of Rights.
