My case was for DWI 4th offense I am a four time felon already with violent charges the prosecutor was determined to stick with three years ADC, however the Tellez law firm stood firm. They were persistent on getting all my documents in front of the prosecutor. When it looked like she was not going to budge they were fully prepared for trial. With all of my documentation of change fully prepared I feel like the prosecutor decided that it was not worth going to trial and they negotiated a 4 year probation plea!!! the Tellez law firm will do everything possible to get the best outcome for your case. With all of that being said they can only work with what you give them change must happen and you must do absolutely everything you can do to provide proof of that change. If you do that for yourself the Tellez law firm will provide you with the best results possible!!

I hired mr tellez for a felony fleeing charge at my first court hearing the state attorney was recommending 5 years probation without the first offenders act but after hard work and dedication from mr tellez we lowered that to 4 years probation with the first offenders act, also a couple months after getting this felony charge I got a careless and prohibited that I also hired mr tellez for and it was dropped in court with no effect to my driving record ! If you are in need of a law firm to handle any traffic or criminal case I highly recommend mr tellez he kept in touch with me throughout this long 8-9 month process on his own personal phone always answering question I may have had to reassure me anytime I was in doubt but most importantly never lied to make me think everything would just go my way but always with a sense of hope !
