Great gym! The members are amazing and make coming back exciting. Coaches keep you motivated. Wished I could have stayed longer. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

I've never done anything outside of Yoga, a little running and Insanity. I'm also not an easy person to keep attention... I don't stick with things unless it really WORKS for me. This gym has transformed my mind and body. I've gone for 3 years and it has pushed me in both ways. I'm stronger. I'm fitter. I'm confident. I became friends with people in the first week... you can't say that often. The generosity and the warmth you'll find at Telos is not common, so come get it. The people, the workout and the vibe is just what you need after or before a long day of work. COME HANG WITH US! We won't disappoint.

Being a member of Telos is an incredible experience. They provide an extremely welcoming environment for athletes of all levels. I am grateful to have Seth and Joel work with me. This is a gym for all ages, not just the young and elite. I'm certainly glad I am part of the Telos community.

This gym rocks! The community that is developing is amazing. The classes are so fun to do with others. There is so much encouragement! All the equipment is brand new. Its in a great location. I definitely recommend this place to anyone...whether you are considering to start working out or have been working out for years. It accommodates everyone!

The training staff is amazing and encouraging. They are genuine people who truly care about you.The classes they offer are a ton of fun and give you some of the best workouts you have ever had. If you are just starting or have been working out forever this place is awesome! I absolutely love being a part of this gym.

Telos is an awesome hybrid of Crossfit gym and traditional gym with machines. For someone like me who is intimidated by the idea of Crossfit, not only did the staff make me feel welcomed and not "sized up" like in other gyms, but the hybrid atmosphere helped me feel more confident to do that workouts. I love Telos and their staff, and truly consider them my friends.
