I have had Telrite's toll free phone service for years, but never paid attention to how many people were actually calling that number. I recently found out- and the TAXES and Surcharges are higher than the full services I'm paying to the company. Some months I have no calls! See photo of chart. Light green is actual usage- hardly visible! I have been paying almost ALL taxes and surcharges with hardly any service at all! The two blue lines are taxes and surcharges. Monthly service fee is dark green. Again, light green is usage!
Would give 0 if able. Puretalk took 2 seconds to change my number, which was WRONG!!! They said that was their fault but SLOW walking fixing. They keep hanging up on me for being angry. Number changed on Friday morning. It's mid-day Monday and it's still not fixed. No managers are ever available nor do they call back. Run from Puretalk, do not walk. Run!!!!!!!
This company is scamming. They are also Life Wireless and load their phones with adware which cannot be removed unless you root the phone which they will not help with. The app is called Life Moments and you cannot change the permissions or administrative settings and automatically connects to your wifi and/or data wasting most of your data plan for the month. Upon contacting them the first time I was told to contact the manufacturer of the phone when I asked who? The rep said AT&T so I contacted them and was told thats a Life Wireless device. So I called them again and now they were willing to troubleshoot the device, so they ran through the normal steps and nothing worked after an hour they then offered to "repair" the device by paying $7 to send the device to them and another $5 for "repairs" then another $7 dollars to get it back. But, the rep also added that most likely if the app cannot be removed the I would have to pay an extra $35 for a new device which in their Terms of Service states all Life Wireless phones come with their pre installed apps. So not only would you have the same problem with the new device they would have gained $54 for no work and expect me to repeat the same process again or buy one their data cards. After submitting an online request for customer service I've waited for a response and it has now been about 3 weeks and it goes unanswered, when I call them directly after giving my info my account is pulled up on their screen and I am hung up on everytime.

Terrible customer service, very unprofessional supervisor Misty Cole...kept talking over me, arguementive....no help whatsoever !!!! sorry my husband switched providers for his cell phone.....cell phone was shipped from lifewireless via usps and delivered to our mail box, upon opening the box the phone had been damaged and the screen was cracked......Misty Cole refused to send my husband a replacement phone without charging the fee....great way to start a relationship with lifewireless....lets hope the phone service turns out better then customer service sup Misty Cole : :

Customer service has been a joke. Our long distance has been down and we can't get them to fix it.
