I needed help transferring my data from my old phone to my new phone. I was helped by Sony at the Tecumseh Mall store and he was terrific. He was kind, friendly and very efficient. I was most impressed with his willingness to help and provide great service. Good job Sony!
Refused to let me get a new phone once my contract ended, stating I was not an account admin. These guys have no idea what they're doing. Called Telus customer support and was able to get a new phone shipped within 3-5 business days. Don't bother coming here.
I went to Telus looking for a new phone and Magid was AMAZING. Knowledgeable and patient. He made the experience a really positive one. Took care of everything from beginning to end. So much so that my husband went back to him a few days later for his!!
If you live in Puce area don't waste your time the service is horrible you can not hear people, it's all digital and it been like this for over a year now. They say they know there a problem but don't know when it will be fixed.
Worst cell phone provider to deal with. Horrible 5g, 4g, data speeds. Phone and watch hasn't worked since day 1. I've been to the store and called tech support weekly for 12 months. Nobody can fix the phone, watch or services. They want me to now send my phone away to a 3rd party for service. They don't care about the watch I've bought from them and paid for a separate service for. Id give a negative 5 stars if I could.
The young lady named Jasmine was so great helping me out I was overwhelmed . She took care of three people all at same time and still able to please all of us. She should be a manager at most her knowledge was the best.
Ha a replacement device brand new from device care 2 weeks later phone super hot and not turning on. Had gone to another TELUS where the staff was AMAZING, but I couldn't leave with new battery because my invoice was done here. The 2 staff member working right down to the manager who was sitting right there were extremely rude and not helpful at all. As a manager watching an employee deal with a LONG time customer 10years you would thing he would have stepped in to try to rectify the situation. This isn't the first bad experience I have had here either. The first time when it was involving fixing my phone that I couldn't hear anything out of I was treated the same. The staff here only cares about making sales, not the behind the scenes that it takes to keep customers here. I will forever boycott this store.
Staff were completely unable and unwilling to assist my father in hooking up his new phone. We then needed to spend more than 3 hours on hold trying to do something the store staff should have been able to do. Either the staff are ineffective or Telus is systematically broken.
Great,fast service and installation of alarm system.
This Telus location has the worst customer service, I have experienced at any Telus stores. The person that works there is rude, dismissive and they do not attend to their customers. We waited for more than 1 hour just trying to buy a phone while the sales person was free would not attend to customers.
