The neighborhood is nice, the girls at the office are wonderful. But here it is not smoke free. my porch every hour smells of cigarettes. I can't keep my babies on the porch, and what's worse I have chronic asthma. Pay attention to this detail before living here so you don't feel as sad as I am.
As we are approaching our one year of living here at Temecula Ridge, i can honestly say i love it here. The office staff is very nice and happy to answer any questions. Marissa was the one to helps us with paper work when we first moved. Almost a year later she is still happy to answer any questions we may have. Our neighbors and community is very sweet and kind. The dog park is always kept very clean. The location is very great and easy access to a lot of shopping centers. I really recommend this complex. I look forward to hopefully many years at these apartments. :
I moved here several months ago and I have been very happy. The grounds are well kept, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Best spot in town for a great apartment. Highly recommend living here!!
Hello future renters! This is a Fantastic place to call home. Great location! I’ve lived here 14 years and have to tell you that you won’t want to leave here! The staff in the rental office couldn’t be Better. Jennifer, Marissa, Emily and Geri feel like family to me! They are very helpful and will go out of there way to fix whatever problem you may have. Hi, we moved from Northern California to Temecula Ridge. Karin in the office was so great to work with. We never saw our apartments before moving down here. She was always available to talk and answer any questions. When we finally got down here everything is just as she said. It's a beautiful property and we love our newly remodeled townhouse! The rooms are very large, and the place was in great condition. Thanks so much for the easy transition! TJ
I love living here!. It's really nice and well priced. We are from San Diego there is no way we would get this amount of space in a two bedroom back home. Something this size and quality is $500 more a month in North County SD. The office is constantly checking in on us Marissa and Karen and the Manager always emails us with fun stuff they are doing like national chocolate chip cookie day - cute! as well as maintenances or things happening in the community. The neighbors are all really nice and welcoming and the pool is HUGE!! I'm so happy we got this apartment!!
Lived at Temecula Ridge Apartments for 18 months; be aware that they will cheat you on getting your security deposit back. When my family moved in I emailed the sales office that the carpet was severely stained and dirty. They are still charging me at move out for dirty carpet and said it was their protocol. When I put in the notice of termination, I requested samples of paint so I can patch and paint any nail holes, the office stated that I needed to provide my own containers for the samples, which I did. A week later I was given the paint containers and the containers were marked which rooms they were for. We used their paint they provided and they are charging me for the sheen of the paint not matching. When I said I received the paint from your staff, that is what was provided to us, they responded "we are charging you for the wrong sheen being used" and doesn't care it came from their staff. There are plenty of apartment complexes in the area, stay away from Temecula Ridge Apartments, truly isn't worth the cost of the apartment and staff being unethical.
Beautiful apartment and complex. The leasing staff was extremely helpful and communicative. Maintenance responded quicker than expected to address a few minor things. The garage was impressively spacious as well. So far, the experience has been nothing but positive.
Our garage got broken into twice and management did not care. They were so nonchalant about it. Never once apologized or tried to reassure us the community was safe. Other then that living here was wonderful. Just don't put anything in your garage if you want to keep it.
Horrible place to live, at first it was okay. The neighbors were great but management SUCKED! Our truck got broken into & of course they have no cameras around so couldn't do anything about it. The lights in the townhouse fall & will hit u on ur head, maintenance has walked into our house without us there & no notices thinking we didn't know but we had cameras which they didn't know about HORRIBLE PLACE. THEY TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT & CHARGE U NO MATTER WHAT. RUUNN FROM THIS PLACE!!!! DO NOT COME HERE.
