Description

Temple Beth Israel is a Reform Jewish congregation where members may freely explore and express their Judaism in an atmosphere of openness and tolerance. Our friendly, diverse and multi-generational community is:

Bet Midrash (A Community of Study) - Education is at the center of our congregational life, offering vibrant and thought provoking Jewish learning for adults, children and families.

Bet T'fillah (A House of Prayer) - Weekday, Shabbat and Holy Day services engage our members of all ages and provide worship experiences to meet the diverse needs of our community.

Bet K'nesset (A Place of Gathering) - We are a community of friends, coming together to celebrate life's joys, cope with life's challenges and work to improve the world.

At Temple Beth Israel the vitality of our present and the promise of our future grow from the roots of our history and tradition. We believe that Jewish life finds its best expression when lived within a community, and so we support each other and strive to create personal connections within our membership, with Israel and with the greater household of the Jewish people.
