I called 911 and was put on hold for over 25 min .but the 2 police officers that came out were on the ball and took care of business and removed the transient and his stuff out of my backyard. The man threatened me because I asked him to leave but 10 STARS TO THE 2 OFFICERS WHO CAME , VERY RESPECTFUL AND KNOLEDGABLE THANK YO one more thing i use the spaces that are designated for selling items on the website so THANK YOU FOR KEEPING IT SAFE 10 STARS**********U THANK YOU
Just called to report someone and as I was talking, she hung up on me : Super rude attitude. Called at 4:10 AM because of a bum going through houses and trash, yelling and being disruptive and aggressive, seemed like she was in an argument. I was barely able to tell whoever was on the phone with me that the lady was acting suspicious and gave the address, and she didn't care to hear more and as I said, she hung up on me mid sentence : Love your terrible service <3
Great Sheriff Station !!! We love and respect police officers. My wife calls them all the time to report suspicious activities and they are ALWAYS patient , effective, professional and polite. Thank you so much for your service.
Shot a whole dog today during swat situation trying to lure the owner out to them using the dog as a pawn. Do better and undergo better training. Just because a dog comes near doesn't mean you must shoot it! Praying this dog made it!
lost a wallet and had to wait over a week to retrieve it. went to the station 4 times because no one ever has any information due to horrible internal communication. tried calling the station, and just kept getting transferred to different people who were all equally clueless and rude. They would cut you off and interrupt you, even if you were trying to tell them that you had already been transferred to talk to a particular department already. Each time you go into the station, you need to wait a minimum of 30 minutes before you can get any real help or answers, and they rarely have anyone staffed at the front desk to help people who walk in. Never got the wallet back and at this point the sheriff station pretty much just stole my cash and all my cards and wasted hours of my time, but you know what, that’s just them serving and protecting the public.
Rude, no professionalism, the worst officers I ever encountered. Horrible! They don’t care! They don’t want to listen. Both Elmonte and Pasedena police departments called them a circus and not the way they would run there departments. No one here has a soul. They need to be taught a lesson on what it means to serve and protect. Not it’s not my job type of attitude.
All the cars in the lot have illegal tints and they have a suspicious huge pile of bikes you can see from the sidewalk. Civil asset forfeiture, I guess. I haven't yet had a chance to ask which gangs are operating out of this station yet.
My home is less than one mile away from this temple city sheriff station, every time I reported loud noise or suspicious activity happening outside of my home no one ever show up and no call at all. Edit 4/25/21, one year later I revisit this post because a tow truck was unloading two disabled cars in front of my house. After I made the report, an officer finally arrive 36 minutes later and told me I made a 911 call. I told him it was not a 911 call, I called the Temple city sheriff station number to report a suspicious activity and the officer still told me it is consider as 911 call.
They are not professional don't care not helpful their attitude stinks. They would not give us paperwork to get our vehicle back because it needs a smog for the current registration. The registration was paid in full. Please tell me the logic of not releasing the truck that can't be smoged due07 to it's locked up. For not having a $60.00 smog certification the female officer is going to let Freddie Mac towing sell the vehicle that belongs to a Navy Veteran. Common sense should have prevailed with the officer; Release the vehicle based on contingent of getting a smog done. Shame on the TC Sheriffs Department. I moved out of California because lack of leadership, lawlessness, not feeling safe due to the people elected and paid by Taxpayers don't care about their residents.
Abhorrent rudeness, complete lack of professionalism, nothing but bullies and the worst people ever. It's so horrible! I had all my things stolen and they didn't care at ALL! My son's urn was stolen. They wouldn't listen. They mocked me. They let this happen too. No one here has a semblance of a soul. They need to be held accountable for their malfeasance
