Who we are:
Temple Heights Spiritual Camp (THSC) is a non-profit church association which was officially incorporated in 1992 as an auxiliary of the National Spiritualist Association of Churches (NSAC). While we hold church services, message circles, and private readings in compliant with NSAC bylaws, some of our classes and workshops may not reflect specific spiritualism teachings. By doing this, we are able to provide you a more comprehensive spiritual experience pulling from many relevant practices, such as shamanism, holistic health, and past life exploration. While workshops vary from season to season, some examples of past topics have included mediumship techniques from all around the world, pet communication, spirit art in many forms, self and group hypnosis, and aura awareness, just to name a few. There is truly something for everyone no matter where you are in your spiritual journey.
Our mission:
Our mission here at camp is provide both a healing and educational experience pertaining to all things Spirit. Our traditional church services provide continuity of life, as expressed by our simplified declaration of principles:
1. We believe in God
2. We believe that God is expressed through all Nature.
3. True religions living in obedience to Nature’s Laws.
4. We never die.
5. Spiritualism proves that we can talk with people in the spirit world.
6. Be kind, do good, and others will do likewise.
7. We bring unhappiness to themselves by the errors we make, and we will be happy if we obey the laws of Life.
8. Every day is a new beginning.
9. Prophecy and healing are expressions of God.
Our workshops aim to illustrate many ways of practicing working with spirit and incorporating it into your everyday life. We have a rotating schedule of serving mediums both from Maine and all around the world. Each and everyone blesses us with a new perspective. You don’t need to be a practicing spiritualist to attend any of our classes, workshops or services. Everyone is always welcome here at THSC.
We also run a weekly mediumship development group. This is suitable for all levels of mediums. We aim to provide a comfortable place to explore your natural gift, as well as a suitable space for more advanced students to practice their skills. More information about this season’s development class is TBA.
Our general schedule of weekly events and rates can be found on our website, www.TempleHeightsCamp.org. Check Facebook for more in depth information and for featured mediums.
