Temple Ner Simcha is located in The Conejo Valley area. We are a no dues Temple. We offer free Friday night services, High holiday services and much more.

Description

Welcome to Temple Ner Simcha, a full service synagogue with a warm and welcoming community. Join us as we celebrate Shabbat, holidays and festivals. We offer a complete religious education program to prepare children for their Bar and Bat Mitzvahs and to enhance our community‘s knowledge of Jewish history, holidays and celebrations.

Our philosophy of emphasizing the basic and important fundamentals of our Jewish heritage and teaching those wonderful values to our children is the golden thread woven through the fabric of our services, education programs and other community activities.

Mission

As members of Temple Ner Simcha, we are committed to working in partnership with our Rabbi to bring into being a synagogue community that celebrates every aspect of Jewish life.

By first building community, we will be there for each other for spiritual moments of prayer by providing services on the High Holy Days, Festivals, Shabbat and weekdays while sharing in the celebration of the spectrum of life cycle observances.

Our continued involvement in Torah study will lead to the practice of Mitzvot, Tzedakah, and Social Action.

As members of the Jewish people, we express our support for the State of Israel, and kinship and responsibilities for our people at home and throughout the world. We are proud citizens of the United States and active members of our local community.

We offer a complete religious education program to prepare children for their Bar and Bat Mitzvahs. Our adult education program, led by Rabbi Barclay, with guest lecturers from around the world, and dynamic programming, is second to none!"
