Tennessee Nail Spa

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never left a bad review for a nail place, usually I just take it as a lesson learned and move on. $120 dollars later I have dip all over the sides of my fingers and I have half painted toes. They refused to give me my money back, insisted on fixing it, when I didn’t want to waste my time there.. do not go here! They don’t know what they are doing. Mind you… THIS IS A GEL pedicure I got two days ago. Never again.

1st time and last time here. I asked twice for the guy to cut my nails so they wouldn’t get ingrown. Well the way he cut them and my toes have been sore for last couple days, not all my nails are covered in polish and not much skin clipped around my nails. Dip color is good but he didn’t push and trim cuticles back so nails look like they were done a month ago along with hangnails. They were closing in 45 minutes had rather them said sorry don’t have time than me spend over 100.00 for this!Services: Pedicure

Didn’t do my cuticles/manicure. Just changed polish. Paid and asked for full service. Rushed service. Wont be back.

Quality of the mani and pedi were decent . The tech took his time. They didn’t seem super busy which doesn’t mean it’s a bad sign but did make me wonder why they are not busy compared to other salons that are open on Sunday. I will say the negative is that the staff were having some dispute and it was very distracting and stressful. I don’t think I will be back because of that. Seemed very unprofessional.

The guy doing my pedicure ,did it too fast, he didn't cut big toe nails straight, didn't clean or cut around edges.

This was my go to place for nails and waxing. But this last time I visited for my eyebrow wax I didn’t realize how my hair she left, no shaping, no tweezers. If she gave me a mirror I could’ve told her to redo them.Service: Spa services

COVID Pros: The techs and most customers all wore masks during the visit, spacing was properly laid out, and when one customer wore a mask, but pulled her mask down during the visit: the manager jokingly/seriously told her to cover her face back up she did. I called ahead for a Sunday appointment and would recommend the same. All in all, I felt safe and will be back! COVID Con: not everyone wore a mask, which is a risk I took into consideration when I decided to attend a nail salon.
