Great Customer Service….Got what I ordered faster than projected!!!

I came to this store a few days ago and I loved my experience here. Not only were the workers here exceptionally kind, their pace of work was eggscellent. It only took them a couple of hours to be able to restring my racket and judging by the quality of my strings after being restrung, that is amazing. The workers there are amazing and I doubt anyone who says otherwise. If I were to put my trust into one store it would be this one.

Tennis Spectrum is hands down the best tennis store I've ever been to. This shop has all the tennis essentials a tennis player would need and the customer service is fantastic. They are very knowledgeable on the sport so any questions I have are always satisfied by the workers. Whenever I get back my restrung rackets, I feel confident and ready for my next game. The store seems to put customer loyalty over their money which always results in my standards being exceeded compared to other tennis shops. Being an avid tennis player, I enjoy the high quality stringing jobs and the assistance of the workers when it comes to picking out an expensive racket or new shoes that best fits my own play style.

This store unarguably has the best customer service available. The workers are able to provide a wide array of information and suggestions based on your needs. There is a nice range of gear and accessories to choose from. If you are unsure of what type of string to restring your racket with, the people there can help you with ease. Tennis Spectrum proved to be a place that will make your shopping experience stress free for me.

Tennis Spectrum has a great variety of rackets, strings, grips, and shoes. The prices are usually lower than competitors and when they are not, Tennis Spectrum offers a price match. The store also offers a generous discount for students. Overall, this store is a 10/10 and I will 100% recommend to my friends and family.

I've been here a few times to buy tennis and other sports gear. Tom and his staff are always been helpful with recommending racquets and shoes for me. In addition, I was looking for a specific pair of Oakleys and he special ordered them for me and I received them within a week! I don't know if id go to Dick's or other tennis shops for tennis gear again.

This is one of the best Tennis store period. The stringing service is super quick and affordable. It's a full service shop for all your tennis needs. Tom is always very helpful in suggesting different racquets, string type, tensions...etc. He let me take my time demo each racquet. Stop by this place if you're a tennis beginner with no knowledge about buying a racquet. Tom will guide you to the right direction and take care of you. He does not try to push you into buying something you don't need. No high pressure sale here. And if you are an advance player looking for the latest tennis stuff...this is the place for you. Did I mention great prices? Definitely. Highly recommended.
