Tequila's Mexican Restaurant Grill and Bar

Great Mexican food and great service. We got take-out from here today and everything was packaged well, and tasted fresh. Love their different salsas and the fact that they included a big bag of fresh chips as well. Definitely recommend!Food: 5/5

My wife and I have dined at most every Mexican restaurant in Aiken. We thought we had a favorite, until we tried Tequila's on Richland Avenue. In a word, WoW! Tequila's is our new favorite. The food is authentic, the customer service is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. The decor and atmosphere gives a great Southwest / Mexican feel. Treat yourself to a great Mexican meal. Try Tequila's soon.

The food is always delicious and fresh, portions are always very generous. The service can sometimes be a little slow depending on how busy they get. Servers are not rude, you can ask any one of them for anything and they will get it for you with a smile. As for the atmosphere, it's nice as long as you get there before it gets too crowded. Once the middle of the restaurant starts getting people seated in it, the noise level rises quite considerably. By that time, we are usually ready to get our food boxed up and leave. Parking is limited, so you might want to get there before rush hour.

The food was good. However, I was a bit shocked when we got the check. We ordered two frozen margaritas which much to my surprise were almost $15 each. Ouch!

Excellent Mexican food in Aiken, probably my favorite in the city! Margaritas are well made and a decent size. The pollo en salsa verde was flavorsome and a good portion size. We especially were surprised to receive complimentary chips, salsa and queso with our meal. Finally, the service was quick and friendly. Can't wait to come back.

Food was awesome! Service was very slow but they were packed! Parking is super limited so some of our party parked up by waffle house and Ollie's and walked down. Do not park at the knights Inn. Man was on the phone with the tow company, ready to haul us away Food: 5/5

The place was very clean. Everyone had a smile on there face. The food was delicious and the price for the amount of food. We had left overs for lunch the next day. It is a great all around place.
