Teresa has enjoyed a long career in the real estate industry. Her professional resume details a profile of success in building high trust relationships with realtors/brokers, buyers, sellers, lenders, landlords, attorneys and business owners. She has 25 years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending including direct and leadership experience in virtually every aspect of real estate procurement/sale, financing, loss mitigation and REO. She possesses an advanced understanding and insight into the real estate process gained through many years of progressive success in the industry.
As a life-long enthusiast of fitness and wellness, Teresa had an opportunity to own a fitness studio for a period of time. Teresa brings her passion for health, fitness and wellness to her practice of real estate in her posts, blogs and in her personal lifestyle.
A native Minnesotan, Teresa has raised three children in our communities – they are her pride and joy. She also has two amazing grandchildren who help her every day to rediscover her story through the magical eyes of a beloved child; and a Bullmastiff named Beatrice eagerly waiting for her at the end of the day.
