Teresa's Pizza

Grew up on this pizza. We make the trip from Medina to Maple a few times a year to get our fix. We prefer double cheese, light sauce. Just got it again today and it's as good as it was in 1989. Yes, you aren't allowed inside but do you blame them? They said it themselves, look at the area! They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays currently. Recently their dough machine broke so the owner has had to order the dough while waiting for the new one. That makes the dough a bit thinner right now. Thank you Teresa's Pizza for still being around!!

Teresa's used to be the best in the city. I havent had it in 2 years until today and i regret it. The sauce is horrible, the sausage doesn't taste good, and they barely give you toppings. This was a sausage and ham pizza.... do you see any ham? There's about 5 chunks on the whole pizza. The special was an 8 cut 2 topping for $15. This was a medium sliced like a large and being charged at large prices. This is my last time purchasing Teresa's

First time ordering in about 2 years or so. Definitely not what I remember. The crust was on the thin side and tasted old, the sauce was subpar. Hardly any pepperoni. However, the cheese was delicious. The extra large was the size of other pizza shops larges but at an extra large price.

If I could give them no stars I would! Pizza is extremely greasy, no flavor, and SMALL. The medium is fit for a toddler. You could get better service and meal at Dominos or Little Cesars. Disgusted with how the workmanship is on this pizza. Sloppy, sloppy , sloppy! Pizza isn’t even cut thoroughly. Highly DON’T recommend!

1. We had a coupon specific to the Maple Heights store for a special that included breadsticks, only to be told that that store doesn't sell breadsticks and those coupons don't apply to them. 2. The employee was extremely rude when letting us know that we had to wait outside when we were only letting them know we were here for pickup. 3. The pizza was awful. This was my first bad experience with Theresa's although this was my first time at this store. We can normally eat Theresa's pizza cold which means that's a great pizza. I will definitely not be returning to the Maple Heights location. If I could give a negative rating I would and the only way to resolve is to refund my money.

If I had the option to give this place a ZERO I would!!! Customer service is in the toilet! You still can't go in to order and some of the staff in a course in Customer service!! Pizza turns to cement after 2 minutes of being warm. Eat at your own risk!!!

We order thin crispy crust Hawaiian pizza and doesn't even have toppings in it..all you can taste is marinara sauce they cover it with cheese so you couldn't tell that no toppings only a few pineapple and that's it. And not even thin crispy crust...dont waste your money here... Domino's Hawaiian pizza much better I guess

Wanted to place an order since the store was open until 9. No one picked up the phone. Drove to the store and was told they stop taking orders at 815pm and that’s why no one answered the phone. Poor customer service.

Very rude and ignorant management. They are not customer friendly shouldn’t be in business no one wears gloves or has hairnets on while preparing your food.
