I want it something healthier today, almost didn't came because of the other reviews BUT decided to check for myself and was greatly surprised, the food was fast, hot and delicious Chicken is tender, noodles and veggies are seasoned!! The picture doesn't make it justice
Most all of our food was over cooked. All our won tons and egg rolls were burnt. The cream cheese wontons were all empty.
I always come here the food is great. I love it. Todays chicken potstickers weren’t the greatest. they Were burnt.
When this place first opened it was amazing. The food and the staff were fantastic. Now this place had become subpar. My usual go-to dish has been the spicy chicken with noodles, while the chicken is good and spicy the noodles, which used to be amazing, have become terrible. The noodles are now way too oily, leaving behind in th bowl a pool of oil that just saturates into everything.
So I went in last night and the register chick with no side hair never greeted us and couldn’t hear what I said maybe because she was wearing her airpod , she gave us the wrong order not what we had ordered . She forgot to give me my drink , dropped the roll in the bag without the roll bag that it comes with , over all kinda bummed bout the chicken quality because it was burnt without flavor . I drove from Orem to S.F to eat here and tbh highly disappointed with the overall experience
Just discovered this gem. The food is delicious! I love the serving sugar m size of both veggies and protein. It fits my health plan perfectly.Food: 5/5
When this place first opened the fried rice was amazing, now I get my order and it seems to be white rice with veggies and some egg thrown in, no frying. I’m not sure if it’s faster that way but I am willing to wait for some quality fried rice again. Other than that happy with the service and the food is great.
I really liked the place and the food, but I was worried about the lack of precautions that were being taken to prevent the spread of covid. Not a single associate I saw preparing or interacting with customers were wearing face masks. I ordered my food to go, because I didn’t know if they’d been sanitizing the interior at all, and they brought me my food ungloved and just handed it to me. I threw out the utensils they gave me, because I’m willing to be they put them in bare handed. I liked the food, but I’m extremely worried about them not taking any precautions other than just closing off some tables.
Very impressed with my first two experiences at Teriyaki Madness. The staff has been helpful, the food came out quickly and the quantity size was great. I really liked the spicy chicken but it was I would say a 7 out of 10 on spice so it was a little bit hot. I would choose this teriyaki place over anywhere else in Spanish Fork at this point.
I will get nit picky because that’s why we have detailed reviews. To sum up, there’s not enough flavor or uniqueness to justify the price tag. The staff was very peppy and happy, which is a plus. The sauce was average, if not bland and in need of extra soy when I got home. The little cups aren’t enough, so be sure to get two of them if you’re getting to go. The chicken was flame grills, which is nice, but again the sauce and I thought it was supposed to be wokked? The presentation was neat. The sauce for the salad is more bland and I can really only tase the sugar. The salad was not tossed, which means I had to each the carrots first. The madness here, however, must be from the wait times. It’s a little frustrating to see customers whose food was ordered after yours coming out, and I only ordered one large bowl and a salad. I was there 20 minutes, which when compared to other reviews i guess is fast? In the end, I’d much rather go to Teriyaki Grill because they have bigger portions of the exact same thing — like, the exact same thing — for less of a price tag.
