The orange chicken looked like black chicken. It was burned and hard. The fried rice, had no flavor, the noodles are basically just ramen noodles. But this is the only option aside from driving 45 mins away to better choices. Edited: it's interesting to see how the owner responds. Almost always with an excuse. Caught us at a busy time, the rice must have been white rice, blah blah blah how about consistency? If this place lasts, it's solely due to lack of options in andrews.
OMG I've been trying to find a non fast-food place and good price and Mann... I got with the best place in the world I'm not even joking this is the best healthy option in Andrews Texas !!! The lady had an amazing costumer service and the food ..... OMG I would give this place 10 stars if I could!!! This is my spot now on Everytime I go to Andrews
This is what $8.49 per bowl gets you. They also ran out of rice at 1:30pm monday. Update: Food tasted great, but while there they also ran out of pot stickers
I give this place a solid 4, food came out in a timely fashion, the worker at the counter was knowledgable and nice. A coworker stated the food has gotten better. This was my first time here and the food was good. I enjoyed the experience.
First and last time I will ever be ordering from this restaurant. Very disappointed. I have never in my life left a bad review before and I’m not a sensitive person but this by far is my worst experience. Showed up at the restaurant at 11:25am closed sign was up on the door, and the neon “Open” sign was off. I noticed employees inside. Went to see if the door was locked since I placed an order that was paid for online prior to showing up. I pop my head in and ask if they are open. Employees hardly spoke to me when I asked for my order. Employees immediately turned their signs on as I walked out. I get home with food for my family and the meat was fine. When halfway through eating my rice I immediately gagged, there was old mushy rice that had a very pungent taste of being well past expired. I’m currently sick to my stomach.
Great food, place is perfect because we finally have something different in town.
Beware!’ They charged us for two combo meals but then insisted we only ordered bowls. Of course when you order online it doesn’t send you an itemized receipt. Website for Andrews says delivery but no delivery available, maybe you should update this info. we drove to pick up food. Teriyaki chicken would be good if they gave you enough sauce, noodles & pot stickers were greasy. Say order will be ready in 15 minutes but took over 40 minutes & fyi, restrooms are disgusting!!!
In spite of the negative reviews, I've checked into this restaurant for lunch over the course of three weeks. I can truthfully say, I've tried every menu item. The food here is very good. Period. I have yet to have a bad meal and it has become my lunch, every time I come into town now. The staff here has been very polite and helpful. They are constantly in motion with customer orders and insuring the area is clean. One final thought, they have a great app for ordering your meal ahead of time, in case you're limited for your lunch time. I wish you would open a location in Midland. I would be one of your frequent customers.
Just ordered delivery. Delivery was almost an hour late. Our bowls were cold, and the potstickers and egg rolls tasted like they just came out of the freezer. I usually don’t order from here because of the reputation they have. Will not be ordering from here again.
Restaurant was clean and the staff was nice. That the Orange Chicken.....that’s about it for the positives. We both ordered the spicy Chicken in our bowls. It was flavorless except for the burnt pieces. Black stuff all in it. Don’t know if we got the bottom of the pot or what but the kitchen should have known not to serve it . Also got the Beef teriyaki. Tasted like beef jerky. Not moist besides being covered in sauce. Just passing through but I don’t think I’ll be checking out another Teriyaki Madness
