Welcome to Tampa's newest USAW Weightlifting Club. Tern Weightlifting is powered by the experienced and Knowledgeable Keep Pulling Olympic Lifting team and headed by Patrick Costello, USA Weightlifting National Coach, Board Member of the Florida Weightlifting Federation and owner of Keep Pulling. Whether you are a beginner or looking to make your way to Toyko in 2020. Athletes will first be assessed and then paired with a specialized program which will help you effectively and efficiently progress as a Weightlifter.
