Terras Restaurant

Had couple dinners and a breakfast here. Overall it’s quite nice with room for improvement. I chose to sit at their outdoor tables which are the best way to dine. The indoor space had an odd smell to it - didn’t make for an appetizing environment to sit in. Not sure what the smell was, but a deterrent. Menu is nicely curated. Great cocktail menu. The food menu is fairly limited so if you were spending more than 3 days at Civana it might get repetitive to eat there. Staff is excellent and very accommodating. The salmon is not wild caught, and don’t order the side of potatoes super dry and tasteless. Also they do have a spectacular beef burger off the menu - so if you eat beef you can ask for it. Other than that enjoy the cocktails, the crudo, tacos, shishito peppers, etc. Enjoy!

This place was absolutely divine. A perfect place to go before or after your treatment! I personally recommend the salmon, the zucchini enchiladas, and the beet hummus. Honestly, it’s all delicious! Also Sandy is an excellent hostess and will make your stay even better than it already is.Food: 4/5

This restaurant far exceeded our expectations. Every dish we had was exceptional. Some of our favorites were the seasonal vegetable plate, the zucchini enchiladas, the fish entree, the vanilla gelato & the lemon olive oil cake. The staff was kind & attentive.Food: 5/5

I recently dined at a resort restaurant with a stunning mountain view, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the healthy and fresh food they offered. For breakfast, I savored an acai bowl that was both refreshing and delicious. Additionally, the muffin sandwich was a delightful surprise, and it perfectly complemented the meal. To top it all off, the freshly squeezed orange juice and grapefruit were a fantastic way to kickstart the day. I would highly recommend Terras at CIVANA to others.

Terras is Civanna wellness retreat’s restaurant. I like the ambiance and the hotel lobby. There are some very good vegan selections but the menu does appear to change. The pizza with cashew cheese is excellent.Food: 5/5

New year day brunch at Civana was ahhhhmazing!! Here’s a quick vid of what they offered at their on site restaurant Terras yesterday . The Champagne Superfood Brunch had everything to help jumpstart a healthy and flavorful new year. The best part, it was $25pp and included all of your coffee, fresh juices and MIMOSA!! I was blown away by the detail to each dish. Food was cooked fine but had little flavor due to lack of seasonings. Service was extremely slow. I expect better from a place charging this much... Had the beef tenderloin...not very tender. No flavor. Wife had salmon. Overcooked. Tasted like it was sitting in a warming pan for hours. Not a 4.5 star dinner. Sorry.

Spent $150 per plate for dinner on New Year's Eve. This did NOT include drinks or tip. With the exception of the awesome cut of beef tenderloin, the food was tasteless. Honestly, the chocolate desert tasted like a cheap dry chocolate cake you'd buy at Safeway. Actually, it was worse than that. Reminded me of the a chocolate cake I made in my Easy Bake Oven as a child. Seriously. I have paid far less for better meals and service. While the staff was friendly and I appreciate that they were working on New Year's Eve, the service did not match the price. I realize these are tough times for restaurants but don't try to over deliver. Just serve a fresh, healthy, flavorful meal at a reasonable price and you'll have happy customers. The interior redone this past year I believe was beautiful and peaceful but NOISY. All the noise from the bar bleeds into the restaurant. Not very classy. This could have been so great ...... Sadly I cannot recommend

It's a very lovely and clean place out in the middle of the desert. We're very tired looking for a decent hotel and after flying all day long they accommodated us very quickly. We didn't realize it was a well centered. As my friend and I are smokers usually we are asked to go into smoking area but in this case we were actually asked to go completely outside and walk down the road LOL. But they did it with great grace and we did not feel insulted or belittled. The walk down the road was actually quite beautiful
