Terre Haute First National Bank

I have held off on reviewing First National as I prefer to think positively and think of companies mistakes and shortcomings as one off. However; after dealing with multiple mortgage companies, loan officers and other banks since starting with first national I have realized this is the worst bank/loan company I have ever encountered. They have made it a pleasure to work with any other company. Their online system is not only difficult and error riddled on their end, but confirmations are no good to a company that will not acknowledge they need to upgrade or just do better. I paid ahead and check multiple times for confirmation to avoid dealing with horrible customer service and multiple calls of system errors with confirmations on my end. I am over this company and am looking for recommendations for other loan companies. Avoid this headache.

Horrible company to work with on accounts loans or any customer service. I have gotten several rude angry voicemails from the claims department even when my loan was paid up to date wanting the next payment.

They will try to repo a vehicle that is 20 days past due in this economy? With less than $2000 left owed?? They’re not for the people. No compassion , no understanding.

Unfortunately I bank with these people. You would think a bank would back you and invest with you but they sure won't.
