I have an AA in Accounting and I was in management for 25 years before starting a business in 5/2005 to present with my husband. Our company repairs laser’s for manufacturing companies. After I moved to Marysville, CA in 1/2013 I had decided in to get my Real Estate license. In 2/2014 I did just that and became a Realtor.
In the summer of 2018 I decided to get my brokers license which I am currently working on. I am proud to announce that my daughter Tyffany Ayers also decided to get her real estate license this summer. I have created a Mother/Daughter team which is The Blankenship Realty Group.
I absolutely love Real Estate and everyone I meet along the way. Real Estate is by far the most favorite job I have ever pursued. I absolutely love going to work! I have met so many new friends while working Real Estate. No sale is exactly the same and everybodies needs are different. Purchasing a home is exciting but also stressful if you don’t have the right person to walk you through the whole process. I lived in the Sacramento area for 24 years before moving to Marysville in 2013. I am very knowledgeable with the Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Yuba, Sutter, Colusa, Butte and Nevada Counties. My area’s I work are the Sacramento, Placer, Colusa, Sutter, Yuba and Butte counties. I am currently working on getting my Broker’s license and should be done this year. I also have created a team in 2018 which will include my daughter when she has taken her Real Estate test this summer 2018.
