I am a down home Chef to the core, but was recently educated on the various needs of the above mentioned diets, and I've been having a great time experimenting and catering some of my staple desserts, to fit these diets' needs!!
HOWEVER, if you DO NOT subscribe to any sort of "diet" have no fear!! That too is my specialty :) Nothing but yummy, fatty, and sugary packed sweet goodness!!
