Tina is terrible manager. Went to get oil change. Drove home 12 miles radiator fluid empty. Thank you Tina for breaking my vehicle. Went back says yes you have a leak. Didn't have leak going check paper. Your employees punctured a line. Tina played off. Got oil changed 12 miles later when I got home radiator fluid leaking everywhere.
Exactly what you expect from a 'convenience store. High prices on a limited variety of low quality products. In this instance, a protein bar for double what you would pay for it in a different location. My suggestion, plan ahead so you don't get robbed.
My husband just had his Truck washed and detailed for $33.00 what a joke, Bugs left all over the front grill and head lights, wheel wells were not even touched, water spots left all over the windows and the inside look like it was barley touched. I told him to take the truck back he said no he just won't use them again.
I highly recommend Jarod and his team at Terrible's Lube & Oil at Pecos and Wigwam. I've used these guys for years and ALWAYS receive top-notch, quality customer service. The team is informative and friendly, never "pushy." They show the customer the work that needs to be done, if any, and I always receive a printed estimate of what I need to do in the near to distant future with my vehicles. Today I arrived a few minutes before 8AM and within 40 minutes, I rolled out with an oil change, cabin filter, fuel filter, tire rotation, all fluids topped off, an estimate for a soon-to-be-needed brake job PLUS a free car wash. I won't go anywhere else for my vehicle's regular maintenance.

Last time I get a terribles oil change. Not one time have they ever been able to reset my "oil life". They rarely fill the air in our tires. They always remember to push me into buying more unneeded services though! This time they forgot to hook up a sensor so my engine light is now on. Told me I can either live with it or go to another store to get it reset!! Hey thanks for that!! Never again!
The car wash leaves the bugs and dirt on and plenty of water in the end. They give you a blue paper towel to dry your car in the parking lot. Do Not Pay for a Car Wash here.
I just had my oil change at this place and got a very good experience. They are so professional and even replaced my oil filter cap for free. You guys are awesome!!
Horrible with customer service. I went in this morning before my job at Terribles I am allowed to show my card to get a free car wash and they rejected it. Is that right??? The manager there started yelling and being really rude I do not recommend them at all. Everyone else has worked with me and gave better attitudes and this dude did not.
My daughter just got scammed at this place , avoid getting an oil change here
