That is why her clients continue to refer her to familyand friends. Terrie offers representation to both buyers and sellers and works hard to make sure the transaction goes smoothly. Communication is key to the process and by listening to what is important to clients, she can better understand their needs and assist them in attaining their goal of purchasing a property that will be a perfect fit. Ultimately, Terrie listens to what is important to her buyers and sellers and uses her wealth of knowledge and experience, to meet the needs of everyone, whether they are buying a farm and ranch, residential home or commercial property.
Terrie was raised in Southlake, Texas while it was still a small rural community. Throughout high school she competed in barrel races and attended Weatherford College on a rodeo scholarship. She won the all-around cowgirl and Rodeo Queen at Weatherford College. After graduation she went to work in the Western Wear Industry and continued to barrel race. While living in Weatherford, she fell in love with the community and she and her husband still reside nearby. Terrie’s experience enables her to serve her client’s needs, including but not limited to Parker, Palo Pinto, Tarrant, Hood, Erath and surrounding counties. Terrie is a strong negotiator with excellent negotiating skills.
