The sweetest, most kind women, work in this store. Our son decided to attend his homecoming last minute. We called a well know suit company in the area who promised our son would be able to get a suit if we came in to their store on 10/31 or 11/1. Since it was the day of Halloween we really had no choice but to come in on 11/1. We drove up from Cape May county only to be told by this company that they were unable to accommodate. However, the manager recommended Tesi for the solution to our problems. I made a last ditch effort to drive over to Northfield and THANK GOD for these wonderful women in TESI. They threw all their effort into making sure our son had a handsome outfit put together that was up to date with kids these days. I wish I got the ladies names but I hope they know how much we appreciated the help and dedication to even stay a few minutes late to make sure everything looked good and fit right! Thank you soooo much for making his homecoming so special!

On this day my visit did not go well. I literally had an appointment to have my alterations done on my wedding dress brought from them. They didn't have anyone there to do my appointment. Whoever took my appointment didn't even put it in under my name. They told me they only did alterations now on Saturdays. I leave get all the way back home and they call me and ask me to come back that Tesi is now going to do my alterations. Needless to say I wasn't going back. Money lost on their part. I could have gone yo anyone but I chose to go back to them and it didn't work. The staff couldn't get to Tesi on the opine while I was there. For some reason Tesi is hard to get ahold of when they need her. Even for my dress they had about 1hr before they got the discounted price for my dress. She has beautiful things inside her shop. The bridmaids and prom dresses are beautiful. Not may plus size gowns that I liked. The one I wanted they wanted me to order without trying it on and knowing what I'd look like in it. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing or ordering a dress they haven't tried on. First experience here went off without a hitch for me for them trying to get ahold of Tesi they have been annoyed. Second go round was epic failure. Had to take business elsewhere.

They made every effort to listen and meet the needs of the bride which made it easy to say “Yes to the dress!!! It was such a wonderful experience our next appointment was set before we left for our wedding party! They also took into consideration the safety of their staff and customers before entering their store! Thank you staff for such a wonderful experience and for setting the rest of the day for us. I would give Tesi Bridal 10 stars if I could!  My wedding is in 8 months and I was panicking to find a dress. I was torn between ordering and buying off the rack, and was referred to Tesi by a friend who bought a dress of the rack from them.  First off, I thought my appointment was an hour later than it actually was! Alex gave me a courtesy call 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment and I ran right over which was 35 minutes before they closed.  After a brief conversation with Alex and Janine, they pulled a few dresses that matched the description that I gave them. Alex was a fabulous listener and was great at clipping each dress to my size.  After discussing what I liked vs. what I did not like about each dress I tried, they brought me to a mannequin and asked if I would be interested in trying the dress on display. It was unlike any dress I tried previously and any dress that I thought I would like, but I gave it ago. They pulled the mannequin apart on the spot and handed me the dress.  Well, that was the one! It was so beautiful on me and was the most comfortable dress I've ever worn.  Alex and Janine knew what I was looking for even when I didn't!  I can't thank Alex and Janine enough for going above and beyond, and staying open an additional hour for my mistake!  Tesi is an A+ shop and I HIGHLY recommend it!

They have nice dresses but the staff is early 20s and younger and pretty inexperienced. I mean just look at their instagram and you’ll see that. We told them our budget and they kept trying to push us over it. Then when i found a dress i liked i had already had another appointment at another place set up so i mentioned that if i dont find anything there i would come back and they kept trying to force me to buy the dress right then and saying it might not be there when I come back or they’ll be closed and that i should just buy this one now. They also charge $100 extra if you want a better experience with champagne and small extras but the place i ended up going to did it all with the appointment at no extra charge. Would probably be a better place for prom dress shopping than wedding dress shopping since that’s more of the age group of the staff.

Got my wedding dress there staff was friendly. Only complaint is that I paid $300 for them to add material to my vail however they never did just double check your items before the big day

Tesi Bridal has a beautiful selection of dresses. The alterations were beyond a nightmare. Paying upfront for alternations ,at quite a high price , makes it impossible to go elsewhere if you have an issue. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT get anything fitted at shop!!! Tesi promised to make it right but failed . I received absolutely 0 compensation and left in tears.

I had a wonderful experience at Tesi.  I had gone to some more upscale bridal stores and found that the gowns at Tesi were absolutely stunning, and were a fraction of the price. But the best part of my experience at Tesi was my bridal consultant, Donna. She was AMAZING!! So sweet, thorough, patient, and easygoing - she put me at ease and helped me find the perfect dress! Thank you Donna!

I've never been to a place with such AWFUL customer service. We made an appt for my mom for a MOB gown as they state appts only. They told us to search the racks ourselves. Then 2 other women came in after us and the sales associates never even came back to check on us. They shopped the racks with the other women, helped them pick out dresses yet we were never even asked if we needed help. We drove an hour to come and it was a complete waste of our time.

Best experience ever for my daughter Tesi and her associate Alyssa Perez found the dress of her dreams and made her feel like a beautiful princess. I wish I can give this place 1000 stars I cant thank them enough my daughter is going to look amazing on her wedding day. If you want to be the center of attention and feel so welcomed this is the place for any bride or any special occassion make your first stop at Tesi bridal you wont regret it
