Beautiful showroom and purchase site. Drove the Model X high performance and almost got a concussion from the take off speed! Really quiet showroom, professional staff and great test drive!

Picked up Model Y on 6/30. Was quite busy due to the end of quarter sales push. Final delivery inspection could have been better but that's ok.

Amazingly fast, super helpful associates. Streamlined process, & wicked easy pick-up. I've never had such a painless car experience! Accessible entrance & restroom, too. HIGHLY recommend Tesla, both the car & the company!

The office room is small. And there were a lot of people. They have some coffee and water for everyone, that was nice. The talk with the sales person seems rushed. I had a better experience with Audi showroom, which was spacious and the sales person took the time to explain everything to me.

Finally, I just got my model Y with $7500 discount and 10000mile supercharge. It was rainy day and so many people were there waiting inside and outside for pickup their car. Overall, seamless experience but waiting time was over and hour.

Delivery of vehicle was uninspired but successful. Very good office and delivery staff. We were kept waiting, even though we had appt and text acknowledgelment. The detailing of the car was laughable. I expected at least a normal dealer delivery experience, but I got a slop, drop, and roll experience. Disappointing.

Incredibly smooth experience picking up my Tesla model Y there. The whole process took under 5 minutes. Everything in the process is streamlined and automated. Very impressive. This location is pretty crowded, given that it's right at the Tesla factory, but the staff is very efficient and super friendly.

If you are looking to buy a Tesla, This is one of the good place to go.
