I cannot thank Daniel and his team enough for helping me last minute to create a will.  They were very knowledgeable with any questions I had about the process and listened to my concerns. Online is said this firm had 2 locations and one was in Rochester ny so I called them and talked to gabrielle and she said yes we have 2 locations. and so she sent me paper work to fill out so I could meet with a lawyer so I could do my will.  I had some questions and she could not really answer my questions. she just told me when I meet with one of the lawyers I could ask them. Then when she was going to schedule my consultation she said because I live by Rochester they not going to travel so she wanted me to do it over teams which that’s red flag. She told me they would only come to Rochester for the signing of the will. to me that’s a no go. So I told her I will find some one else that I can actually talk to in person. I want a law firm that will meet in person and take the time out to do what they are paid to do.

Attorney Testa and his staff did an outstanding job in handling my divorce. They were always there when I needed them. They were always courteous, communicative and helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend Dan Testa and his firm to anyone in need of legal advice or representation.

Testa Law firm definitely deserves 5 stars. They are attentive, courteous, personable, and knowledgeable regarding a variety of legal affairs. Dan & Amy were very helpful throughout the process of purchasing our first home. I highly recommend this firm and will turn to them for legal matters in the future.
