Been with them 8yrs. Lori & Robert are awesome to work with. Any repairs has always been taken care of within that day. They have always taken care of me!
I have been renting through testa since September of 2022 and haven’t had any problems at all since I’ve been here. Lori is amazing and the maintenance staff always are so helpful. Would definitely recommend!
If it were up to me, I would give it 0 stars, but people cannot fall with this company TESTA ENTERPRISES after the person ends the contract, they do everything possible to steal the bail money, even if the person leaves everything clean and in order. the way of inventing things so as not to return the money. totally disappointed
this company sucks lori is rude and a liar I don't recommend it to anyone it's the worst thing about kansas go somewhere else. 0 STARS
In the state of Kansas property managers are not required to be licensed Realtors which means they are not regulated at all by the state and therefore cannot be held liable for their actions except in a court of law. Unlike other states, Kansas is chock full of "property manager" businesses for this reason. Never hire anyone to do anything to your property who isn't licensed.
Funny how the person who runs this place gives themselves 5 stars. When in all actuality they aren’t worthy of the 5 stars. Takes forever to get information from them. Rude. Not going back to them
Will randomly send you bills or deduct from the owed rent without a phone call or a heads up.. just not professional
Clean and affordable friendly staff like my apartment but my neighbors hella suck so I'm moving.
They do excellent work
