They are a 10+ star facility!!! From the secretaries the dental hygienist to the doctors they are all friendly compassionate and helpful people. As a child I hated the dentist because they were butchers but the doctors here, whether it’s male or female are exceptionally gentle, careful and explain every action that they do. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and give lots of information to better care for your teeth. I recommend them with the highest confidence !

Dr. Shahidi and her staff are unsurpassed when it comes to total family dental health. Each and every staff member is caring, compassionate and professional. We have been patients at Tewksbury Family Dental for over 4 years and the service has consistently been of the highest quality. Dr. Shahidi listens and gives recommendations, but always lets you decide. She is genuine and respectful. The hygienists are phenomenal. My 3 kids are excited and committed to good oral hygiene because of them. "Marianna", you're the best! Without a doubt, Kristen makes every person who enters feel welcome and happy to be at the dentist office. Every time. There is usually room for improvement in any organization, but I cannot think of a thing that can be improved upon at Tewksbury Family Dental. Thank you, you all are exceptional in every way!

Perfect balance of class, professionalism and passion. Clean, fresh, warm and inviting. Dr. Shahidi's personal touches are throughout the practice. Even though Dr. Tran is not a Boston University Alum he was outstanding. He makes Tufts University proud! This dental practice exudes passion with remarkable service and excellent staff. I was among the first clients when this office opened in Tewksbury MA. The staff and the dentist were super kind, friendly and very responsive. As the practice grew, the service deteriorated and it was all about maximizing revenue and billing optimization. I had an insurance change recently and I was told that the insurance was not good enough for the dentist because they do not pay much! I made a visit to the office last week that took less than 10 mins for a filling that I thought feel out but it turned out that the tooth got chipped. They billed the insurance for $147.00, part of which was $119.00 for a 5 mins exam! Don't get me wrong, I like Dr. Shahidi, she is gentle, kind and caring. But I guess she is out to make a buck like the rest of us but the excessive billing charges seems to be getting out of control. I am taking my business elsewhere and I hope that this office will review their billing practices and correct their path to be more fair to their clients. Update 10/8/2018 Review updated to 5 star after Dr. Shahidi reached and explained the billing error and took the necessary steps to correct the issue.

Its my very memorable and well satisfied dental service for my first the best experience. Really they did fast and perfect without any delay, at the same time they were clearly understand the patient's requirement over the phone and instant service. Thank you very much Dr. Shahidi and Team.
