Reggie, the manager, was great with customer service. My oil plug was stripped by another garage who previously changed my oil. Reggie fixed the issue and am grateful. Will go back to this store again!

The best place to get a oil change!! I purchased my oil and oil filter from AutoZone and took it with me to Havoline Xpress Lube. They changed oil in my Jeep Grand Cherokee by filling my vehicle with the oil purchased from AutoZone. This saved me money and I was able to use the type of synthetic oil best for my vehicle. Customer service was exceptional, and my oil change was fast.

This place is quick with its services, it has two bays. The pricing is competitive compared to other oil change places, they have recommended services based on manufacturers. Currently they are doing "stay in car" service.

Took over an hour to get my oil changed. They did not have a filter for my car. Instead of asking me if I had time to stay, they take the old filter out and I had no choice but stay and wait for someone to bring one from another sister store. Except they didnt have one. They ordered it from O'Reilly's and they delivered it. The guy apologized and said he would take some off my bill but my bill was still $90.
