We love going to Peter Piper at 10 the in McAllen Texas because of the play area for the Kids we can see them and it never to crowded and the servers are Get ,just Live going there
lovely. visited some in-laws, has 3+ playgrounds nearby for kids and plenty walking space for Morning Strollers or Exercisers !
This Is my winter home... Yes I like it there.... lots of RV spaces...The Winter guest are great,, From North Central good folks ... I think I'm the only native TEXAN???? HEHE
Very close to downtown, decent price for the spot, some lots have the freedom to choose an electric company. More trees and maybe be more selective on appearance fir some units would be nice

Bad management and dumb rules. And someone have stolen some things from the trailer.
Nothing to say about this place, other than it,s not for 55 and up,as there are plenty of your people and almost everyday there are youngester,s swimming in the pool that should only be for the older folk,s that live here.
Very nice and clean mobile home park. A little crowded but it appears to be a quiet community.
