This was our first time dining at this restaurant. The restaurant is very attractive and we went right at 3pm on a Sunday before it was too crowded. The salad bar is wonderful and all the offerings are delicious. The meats were also delicious. The service is terrible. It was difficult to track down our waiter, I had to turn in every which direction to find him. Then the meat servers fly past the tables, even when the green side of the disc is showing. It was so annoying. The restaurant was maybe 40% busy. I can't imagine what happens when the restaurant is full. Vegetarian options: Even a vegetarian can enjoy the wonderful salad bar
Usually our experience is good been going to this location for years but we was there a few days ago and the experience was not good at all with some of the staff. The meat was to salty this time around and didn’t like it to much some of the meat was extremely hard to cut trough wich i was a bit surprised. our waitress was super nice. The host infront was a bit rude and in a bad mood wich I didn’t like to much and some of the meat that we got was so hard not even the knive would cut trough it..when i did let the meat server know that my mom was wanting a well done piece they stopped coming to our table and was a bit rude towards my mom wich i did not appreciate at all. Usually i love this place but I don’t know if I’ll go back after this experience with them
This is one of my favorite Brazilian steakhouses. I took my sister for her birthday recently and the service was amazing! We visit this location all the time but this time the service was exceptionally good! Steven was so attentive and accommodating! He had a really good understanding of the drink and dessert menu. We usually don’t get dessert but we ended up trying the Brazilian cheesecake thanks to him. If you get the chance to go DEFINITELY ask for Steven!

There is nothing worse than getting a gift card to an establishment and that business experience being something close to awful. This was first time visiting this chain and we brought the parents along. We had reservations, so seating us took no time. Getting service from our waiter was a different story. It was an early Saturday evening, so I expect it to be busy. What I don't expect is the waiter to have lengthy conversations with one table and forget everyone else. It took about 25 minutes for drinks. I asked to taste the house wine before ordering and clearly that is frowned upon. The waiter decided he would tell me what kind of wine it was and I stopped him. I do collect wine and I've never had a restaurant not allow me to taste before I order a glass or bottle. We completed one plate of food before the sides arrived. We had to wait for water. We mistakenly ordered dessert. I truly thought it would arrive sometime in 2023. The food is good. The service sucks, and it's service that matters most.
$39 for 1 shot of liquor!!!???? My wife and I visited here for the very first time during happy hour. We ordered 2 lemon drops at $6 ea. My wife decided she wanted 1 shot of Grand Mariner. To our surprise, our tab was $60. I asked how was this possible and the bartender Jose arrogantly said it was the shot.!!! Price gauged….. ridiculous!!! Never again..!!!!!
I’ve been to several. This one having the least variety and not the best quality. When I asked for specific steaks, they didn’t know them…. Others, they kinds of wanted to “hide them” from the public it seemed. Disappointed with the food. Service was excellent. Their creme brûlée is not made with real vanilla seeds apparently… tasted artificial and couldn’t find one seed.

The service is wonderful. Our servers were very professional even though our table was loud and needy. The meats were very flavorful and the salad bar had a large amount of choices.
