They always have the grains I need and want.
I will NEVER buy from them again!!!! They don’t care about the customer. All they want is to make their money. I bought my second roll of hay from them and it wasn’t even the same quality as the first roll I got. The roll wasn’t bailed right and had half the amount of hay as the first roll I got. When I got it under the shelter at home and unwrapped it it just came undone and didn’t hold together. It was cut as if it was cut mowing your yard. I went and spoke with the manager and he really didn’t show any concern about it at all or how to make it right. I guess all they want is to make their money no matter what the quality, quantity may be. Didn’t even acknowledge I’m sorry or nothing. Just trying to tell me the bailer must have been going too fast when it was rolled. Ok. Wow!!! But I paid the same price as I did on the first roll. : Lack of customer skills….does not care about the custom at all. : Zero stars from me at this point….
This is the only place in the area that has the feed I’m get for my animals. All of the people who work there are extremely friendly and helpful.
