This company is horrible and the owner as well.They are not business minded at all!! Just shake down artist as well as scammers. If you need money just ask that why one of your so called officers got hurt yes I researched it he was probably trying to scam some body that wasn’t having it.Service: Long distance hauling
Well if you have to be involved with this company I'd say you parked illegally and were towed like myself. Overall I'd have to say that my experience wasn't too terrible considering where I was parked, but nonetheless I was treated with respect from everyone I encountered at the impound lot. That's why I give 5 stars.

I know ppl look at those 5 stars and think "What, For a towing enforcement!!??" Yep!! The ppl I dealt with were VERY understanding and helpful. Mr. Jack was awesome. When my husband and I went to pick up our vehicle it was a couple of days after the snow storm. Mr. Jack waited and made sure we got up the driveway safely on our way out. Not l only that he stood out in the cold with us while my husband aired the tires on the truck. I really appreciate them being so understanding and helpful when it came to us getting our vehicle back they didn't have to do what they did. I'm forever grateful.

This company is taking advantage of people who do not have the knowledge of what the laws are concerning booting or towing of illegally parked vehicles. If they have taken your vehicle, there are ways to fight them. 1. Their signs must be posted at a certain height and if the driveway is wider than 25ft, the signs must be posted on both sides of the drive. 2. The signs must be posted at ALL entrances to the parking area. 3. Signs must display company name, phone number, & address theirs do not have a distinctive name or address. 4. Take photos of all signs and contact TDLR to report them for illegally towing your vehicle. 5. You CAN take them to court with these photos and your receipt and WIN your money back if they towed your vehicle and you had to pay them to get it back. This company also likely does not have permission from the parking lot management to tow your vehicle as they have been putting their signs up over the existing signs of tow companies who have already entered into an agreement with the proper management of the parking areas. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! TAKE THESE SCAMMERS TO COURT!
The lady was nice the place is definitely sketchy looking but it was easy to get the car out.
