Mobile Home Park
We offer 2 and 3 bedroom mobile homes for rent. All our homes come with central a/c and heat, w/d connections, stoves and refrigerators and fenced yards. Rents are affordable starting at $485 for a 2 bedroom and up to $525 for a 3 bedroom. Residents are responsible for their own utilities. There is a $20 application fee, and a security deposit of $200.00. Pets are welcome, (no Pitbulls), with a $200.00 pet fee.
