Not very impressed. First time trying this business and bought the most expensive package to get the best results. Well I did get a cleaner car but where is the attention to details? Why is dash still dusty? Why is screen still dirty? Why is console and cup holders not clean? Why is the floor mates still dirty? Already had to wait for so long in line to even get the car wash and cleaning, then waiting until they are done to find out they missed things. There are not that many surfaces to clean. How can it be missed!? If you want just a basic quick clean maybe only buy the basic package because that’s what I feel like I got but I paid for the Texan. FYI air freshener very weak she doesn’t last long at all, at least with the lemon.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
The workers are great but the owner really doesn't support his workers. Doing the summer when temperature was in triple digits he never supplied his workers with water. Please take care of the people who help keep you in business
October 21, 2022 I visited Texas Pride to get 2 vehicles cleaned and paid fir services that was 5 star rated. I returned on November 6 and got my vehicle wash and cleaned as usual. However, after I was notified that my vehicle was ready, Antonio, the manager, met me at my vehicle with my keys in hand and accused me of not paying on my last visit on October 21. I rebutdtaled his accusations and he told me that Texas Pride have me on video. He demanded that I pay and told the cashier to charge me for the alleged non payment. Antonio left the area and preceded to his office. I check my banking activity and displayed to the cashier that Texas Pride withdrew the money and that I DID pay! At this point I was upset and was embarrassed in front of other customers in the vicinity. The cashier encouraged me to display my banking info to Antonio. He still was convinced that I didn't pay and insisted that I check out the video footage. We both view his video footage and it actually showed that I DID pay and the cashier gave me a receipt for payment. I'm not sure why he choose me to harass and use his video as insufficient proof of payment, but he did nothing to rectify his mistake. Oh, he did apologized after his mistaking me and accusing me of none payment. Never looked me in the eye while doing so. He didn't offer me a free wash for my next visit. I know this is a carwash and not Chic-fil-a, and ownership may feel that management doesn't need training on how to confront customers with sensitive accusations. Or maybe proof read your proof before thoroughly before confronting your customer and negatively changing the experience. Its about how I feel when I walk in the doors of Texas Pride Carwash.
Will not be back . They half cleaned my car. When I pulled up they didn’t greet me , just automatically sprayed my car without asking me what service I wanted . Didn’t wipe down or clean the inside good at all . Waste of $30 .they literally half wiped down my car .Services: Vacuuming
Worst Carwash we’ve ever been to. Dropped off my brother’s bmw to get washed; they did not turn the ignition off and fried our battery. When we informed them that they messed up our car their attitude was the worst, and told us that they’re not responsible for anything. Please stay away from this car wash!
They didn't clean my car inside still had dirt and paper, leaves in it, plus my tires weren't that clean either. I do a better job than them just didn't feel like it had a busy day
We thought the car was cleaner until we left and started noticing a lot of dust and residue from traveling. We give it a four because we know the car has been in the road.
I've been here twice hoping for better results, but it seems to be worse this time. Having black interior has shown me just how dirty it was left after being "cleaned". They didnt even touch the trunk. This was how I bought my car today, used, and wanted to have it freshly cleaned before I put my children's carseats inside. I'll have to spend more money redoing it myself. Last time, it was my husband's white truck that had tan leather seats and they, along with inside the doors, didn't get wiped down either. I have spent too much for this to have gotten so little done to it.
Either pay his workers more or hire some more people it took me an hour to get out of the car wash today that makes no sense but the wash was good it just took a hour
