As we were sat at the table, I noticed that the restaurant was not busy on a Sunday for dinner, about 30 percent filled. Took a menu and waited for someone to take our order for drinks....and waited...25 minutes just for water. It gets even better, we get our drinks and ordered an appetizer, then waited 10 minutes more for another server to take the main course order. I received my chili without a spoon, and no one was attentive or checking us. Finally we received our main course. Not even a drink refill. Very poor service. I don't think I'll go back to this location ever.
Incredible meal after a long hike. Great service. Honestly in my top 100 meals of my entire life possibly and that’s being conservative. $33 for a delicious feast. Steak cooked perfectly. Such a beautiful experience
Will visit again, Our waiter was amazing , always smiling and cheerful and knowledgeable. Appetizers were really good , Chili was great , overall great experience. Good food , reasonably priced and great staff !! The place was packed around 6pm when we visited , online waitlist helped a lot .
Service was great. I sat at the bar. The sangria margarita is potent. The appetizer baby back ribs were good a bit dry, meaning the sauce. Otherwise the meat was tender. 12 oz Ribeye was good as well - wasn't crazy about the shrimp I had with the dish. They were a bit salty. The bread is made in house - yummy.
Went there last night for dinner. We normally go to the one in Middletown NY but decided to try this one instead. Almost everything we ordered came out cold or lukewarm at best. Except the onion, that was on point hence the extra star. The final straw was when my steak came ordered med rare. Well to say the least,I heard a slight moo and I cut into it. The center was cold to the touch as were the mashed potatoes and gravy. I brought it to my servers attention and she argued with me saying it’s med rare. Offered to take it back and cook it to medium. I said I asked for it med rare! Why would I want it cooked to medium? Asked to speak to a manager who came out with and attitude, explained the situation once again and she eventually removed the steak from my bill. My wife ate her dinner by the time everything was resolved and I left hungry.
Group of 7 Pretty reasonable if you don't order any alcohol beverages. Our server was great, very funny and engaging. was there for a birthday celebration. The food was good. The wait was a bit long overall a good place to eat if you're staying in the Poconos visiting enjoy!
First time visitor. Had no real expectations but wanted to try new restaurant. Friday night dinner madness. Good sign. Always worry if a place is quiet. It was worth the wait. Food was good. Comparable to many steakhouses. The prices were very reasonable. Can't find anywhere back home to even compare prices. I will never find a 8oz sirloin and sides for <$20. Their free rolls was delicious. Service was pretty quick given how busy it was. Keep your expectations reasonable and this place will exceed. Value, service, taste. We were disappointed we didn't find this place sooner.
Food was very good. The staff does not bother your much and responds to your signals proffessionaly .
I was in a wheelchair. The place is not setup to accommodate multiple wheelchair guests. I had to wait over a hour for the one wheelchair party to leave before I was seated at the place they were. The food was good. Could be a little more ADA friendly.
Steak wasn't good. I will stick with Longhorn steakhouse. The meat in the the display window looked horrible not fresh. The salad was fresh and my mushrooms was delicious along with the fresh bread that's the best I could say. The waiter was friendly and attentive although he forgot the cheese and bacon bits in the loaded baked potatoe. UPDATE: Now I know why the steak didn't taste good. Last night after leaving the resteraunt I got food poisoning was up all night spent in the restroom what a nice vacation to the Poconos.
