Texstar Alarm Systems has been great to me as a new small business owner. Lonnie was very helpful in answering all of my questions and was very responsive to my security needs. The technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were all very patient and understanding with me as I was renovating my office, and they were very flexible since the construction timeline necessitated three trips to complete the alarm installation. I am so thankful that they worked with me so graciously during this crazy time. I love the new alarm system and especially the remote features. It is better than any alarm system or company that I have used in the past. I did my research before choosing the alarm company I wanted to use and I couldn't be happier with my choice.
