We offer so many great classes here to help you with your fitness goals. Our exclusive 8-Week Transformation is offered a couple times a year, in addition to various 28 Day Challenges throughout the year.

Our Year-Round Classes Include:

Adult Strength Training
A cutting edge strength training routine designed to increase overall strength, build lean muscle and burn fat. This challenging strength training program will educate you on proper technique and weight lifting protocols. Our strength training program is designed for any fitness level. A proper strength training routine is essential for long term fat loss and a healthy lifestyle.

Warrior Circuit
Our Warrior Circuits are designed to burn calories and boost your metabolism. We use a variety of equipment in our Warrior Circuits such as TRX, medicine balls, kettlebells, maces, ropes, ladders, dumbbells and much more to give you a fun and effective way to torch fat.

Cardio Strength
Cardio exercises coupled with strength exercises in a circuit format that will build and tone lean muscle and burn more calories in less time.

Hurricane Conditioning
Our Signature FAT BURNING WORKOUT!!! Science has shown that the slow, steady state, long distance running is not as effective as higher intensity exercises. The HURRICANE uses a form of sprinting to increase the bodies metabolic rate, torch fat and keep the body burning calories long after you have left the gym. This exciting change from your regular routine will skyrocket your ability to lose body fat, get mentally tougher and improve cardiovascular capacity.

TFW Warrior Challenges
Created to test the level of physical & mental ability of a student and give him/her a ranking to better understand where he or she lies on the continuum of physical fitness. To also create an achievable goal inside of your Weight Loss/Fat Loss/Toning/Strength Goals. Provides another motivational boost.

Zone Classes
Can you maintain your conditioning level throughout the course of specific exercises. Designed to burn calories and boost your metabolism into burning gear.

FitRanX For Kids
Encourage your kid through a program where they still can have fun but learn about fitness, being active and taking care of their body.

Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy(TM) is a unique, complete and complementary system of table-based assisted stretching, focusing on the fascia and joint capsules to improve flexibility, strength and athletic performance, as well as achieve pain relief.

Through our philosophy of "Bringing Out The Warrior Within," we motivate our students through coaching and a systematic approach to training. Not only will you get great lessons in physical training, but you will also be armed with valuable life lessons that will improve all areas of your life.
