Gymnastics Instruction- 8 weeks- Teen
Pre-School Program
Our preschool programs are designed to capture your child’s imaginative exploration of challenge and build confidence. Children in these classes are introduced to gymnastic apparatus that develops skills and urges the student to “hang a little longer,” “jump a little higher,” or “do one more cartwheel.” Helping children realize their potential while having fun builds confidence and self-esteem.
School Age Program
Introduces beginning gymnastic skills in a non– competitive environment. Gymnastics is the ideal sport to develop the total person. Each apparatus contributes to the development of balance, spatial awareness, loco-motor abilities and eye, hand and foot coordination. In addition to the physical benefits, the program promotes desire, discipline, dedication, determination and confidence. Events in this program are: vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor.
Team
The Gymnastics Center has two competitive teams. Our recreational team competes during the fall season and is very successful. Ranging in ages from 4-13, these students practice two times a week during competition season and perform in shows such as Kid’s Fest and Harvest Home parade. We have a new USAG competitive team as well. They practice four– six hours a week and compete in non-sanctioned meets across the state, as well as compete and perform in shows with the recreational team. Team is by invitation only.
