Tina was awesome! Super great job! This was my first time here—I usually go elsewhere. I’ve been coming here for years and just love it. All the techs take their time and are so personable. I recently had a visit with Holly/Huan and must say she did an amazing job. A lot of attention to detail and wonderful massage!

The nail techs that did my mani pedi were very nice and did a good job; however I specially chose from a certain brand selection of colors that said it had a matching gel and regular polish. The gel nail color was the right one and turned out very good, however the regular color was not at all a match not even close. Both the techs noticed this and realized the polish was mismatched. The nail tech tried her best to find a closer match but sadly I ended up with 2 very different colors when I specially wanted to match nails and toes. Nail color was more lavender and the toe nail color was definitely more pink.

Go see Ms JULIE!! So, I have a little to no toenail on my left big toe and it’s very hard to find someone that knows how to take care of this very special toenail. Yet also making me feel comfortable/normal and not feel embarrassed. Ms Julie knew exactly what she was doing. From clipping the old acrylic off to putting on the new one. She sang the whole time, making me feel at ease. Someone that is confident in her work and skills. Very professional!! Love my toenails! Thank you Ms Julie!!

Yesterday I was looking for a nearby nail salon to fix my broken nail and decided to come here based on the good reviews. Booking was very easy online and I was about to get in within the hour. I was excited to find a spot close-by and potentially switch over from a north end studio. Unfortunately for me this turned out to be the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. The person at the front desk was very friendly so I was hopeful but everything went downhill the moment she sat me down and my nail tech came over. The first red flag was her ignoring me when I smiled and said hi. Second, was how rough she was. I had a nail break up to the nail bed the day before so I had a fresh wound on it which she saw, but proceeded to file the acrylic extension aggressively. I even winced in pain a couple times and she disregarded it. Then, I asked for cream/beige colored french tips I made the mistake of not looking up a photo beforehand bc I thought it was a straight forward design. She looked at me and asked, “not white?”. I replied, “no, can I do a cream color?” She got up to grab another color for me but without showing me she just said “this isn’t white” and put the color on my nails. Turns out….it’s a shimmery white. I asked her again if there was anything darker and she just flat out says no. I’ve never been to a nail salon where I wasn’t shown color options- is this because I said French tip and they only think it can be done with white?? At this point I was just going to let it go and settle for the white. After my nails were finished, the total was $86 before tip. I’m thankful to have the broken nails fixed but after I saw my nails in natural lighting I cannot justify the amount I paid for these messy nails. They’re bumpy and not even filled up to the cuticles. Photos were taken 10 minutes after I left the salon.

Very easy to book online, huge space, very clean, front desk was really nice! The customer service is great. They give free drinks and during my service they ask if everything is going okay… truthfully I don’t understand the bad reviews because they are amazing! Absolutely the best manicure I've had in a very long time. My tech was Tina and she couldn't have been more pleasant! I got a French Tip and it looks smashing. This is now my favorite nail salon and I'll definitely be back.Services:&nbsp;Back massages

I’ve now been to this establishment twice and am not sure how to feel.  1. the prices are fairly high - it feels like they push to upsell you to gel polish or a more detailed package. They charge a minimum of $22 extra for a manicure with dip powder, $6/nail for design. It just adds up quickly, typically paying around $100 for a dip powder manicure.  2. My first dip powder manicure was great. Jean did a beautiful job with the design I wanted and her work was so thorough. My nails lasted a whole month!  3. I decided to come back based on my first experience. However, this dip powder set has been terrible…the nails started lifting just one week in. Today marks two weeks and I’ve lost three nails with 3-4 more lifting and chipped.  4. One other note - you can book appointments online, which is super convenient. However, both times, I selected an appointment with a specific technician and I wasn’t scheduled with that person either time.
