The only place to purchase Birkenstocks! I've been coming here for over twenty years. I also love their selection of Joseph Seibel and many new shoes have made it into my closet. Also impressed the selection of other quality brands. I've had shoes re-soled with top quality work. Unlike many shoe stores, they can fit your foot. Amazing staff!!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. My wife got some repair work done on her hand bag and shoes . They did a great job and very reasonable price. While waiting I ended up buying a great pair of shoes they are very comfortable. If you are looking for comfortable shoes this is the place
I came in with a few shoes in need of repair. I was excited to have the opportunity to fix my favorite shoes and be able to wear them again. The salesperson I met with was unfortunately quite dismissive. I did not feel welcome and that my business was valued. One pair he said I should repair myself, another he wouldn't even look at. I understand that I am no expert in this field but the attitude I was met with made me not want to return with my other shoes in need of repair in because I do not wish to be treated like that again. One pair of shoes was repaired, some Birkenstock sandals that were resoled. I knew I would have to break the shoes in again but they returned to me so narrow they are painful to wear. I am just not impressed with the entire ordeal, which was disappointing considering the many positive reviews.
Had four pairs of shoes repaired and they were ready next day. Reasonable prices and quality work. Highly recommend. Also very nice selection of top quality shoes for sale.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER, ruined a perfectly good pair of boots. No craftsmanship what so ever, terrible quality and they didn't even want to help fix the problem when we brought it to their attention.
I am so grateful to have Thanasis in town. They replaced the sole and base of my old and well-worn Birkenstocks. They look like new again. Highly recommend it not only because it is cheaper than buying new but it also reduces waste and helps to support a small business and keep such specialty services in our community!
The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. That creates comfortable, supportive atmosphere and makes purchasing experience a very pleasant one. There is wide selection of high quality shoes and sandals there. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely come here again and will recommend this place to my friends. What a great experience. Tracy knows how to fit you properly for your shoes. The knowledge of shoes is unbelievable. Highly recommend stopping and seeing them. They even fix shoes there .
I finally brought in a pair of boots that I have been painfully wearing for 3 years. I explained to Mr. Thanasis the issues I was having and he knew exactly what I needed to make my boots comfortable. When I picked up my boots they looked 100% better then when I dropped them off, he had buffed and shined them up. So pleased with the service!
Five star all the way. Excellent products, knowledgeable staff, I had priced the Keen hikers I bought- cheaper here! Excellent shop that I would highly recommend.
