Erin and the staff at East Islip were so professional and knowledegable. The clinic is clean and well maintained. The clinic has up to date new skin lasers. The treatment rooms are clean and organized. Treatment was administered with professional draping and the application of products were done with great care. Erin was relaxed and had a great way about her. All eye protections and precautions were taken. My treatment was explained in depth. I had access to the new laser application which makes a difference in the discomfort level and results. I am giving Vitra Aesthetics Clinic a 5 star review for Erin and her staff.
Erin and Dani are both amazing! They explained exactly what my skin needs, also addressing under eye concerns I had. Erin made the threadlift procedure quick and painless; while Dani provided a simple skin routine with the eye and face creams. Would definitely recommend both ladies and this establishment to any and everyone. Can’t wait for my next appointment and my skin getting back on track.
I had a very positive experience with Erin. During my consultation she was very knowledgeable and gave me her honest opinion about what I needed. On the day of, she took her time and stopped on several occasions to evaluate to make sure she was getting optimal results. Rather than over-injecting, she was modest and suggested I come back in a few weeks so we can make a decision
Clean, friendly and professional. Was greeted by the receptionist who was also very comforting and helpful with any questions I had. I was seen and given treatment by Erin. She’s fantastic! Very professional and made me feel super comfortable. I would definitely recommend anyone to this location!!
I did the vivace treatment 2 times. They said I can buy a package for 3 for $1500 and it would be cheaper so I did. I Saw zero improvement with anything so I asked if I can apply my balance to a different treatment. Sure, but now my two prior treatments were gonna be full price which they didn’t tell me when I first asked when I purchased it. I don’t know exact dollar amounts all I know is they said I had $200 something dollars left instead of the $500 I assumed, cause ya know 3 x $500= $1500. I made an appointment for Morpheus and I would have owed $300 or so on top of my credit and the lady I spoke to was snippy so as days went on before my scheduled treatment I chose not to proceed because I wasn’t a fan of how this whole transaction went, I wasn’t about to give them MORE money. Anyway I wanted to cancel but as a mom to a toddler and the 5,000 other things I have to do during the day Vitra wasn’t on my mind during their business hours. I found the google messaging feature though last minute and sent them a message the day of so they at least would know I wasn’t a no show and their response was “there is several ways to contact them”. I’m sorry but I don’t know any of those ways except phone call and not sure of any way to reach you around business hours! Either way I told you guys to deduct the $50 “no show” fee from my balance and you took more money out of my account without permission. You already have $300 of my free money for doing nothing ..bunch of crooks with nasty attitudes.
Erin and Sarah are absolutely amazing!!! The sweetest people I’ve ever met and they made my best friend and I’s experience so comforting and fun we had the best time ever. Erin did a beautiful job and I will definitely be back!!
This place is amazing! So clean and professional. I had the pleasure working with Aimee and her attention to detail is incredible. She described every step and I was involved in the exact “lip look” I was going for. I know so many places just plump up your lips and don’t ask for your input, this was certainly not the case with Aimee. I would highly recommend everyone come see Aimee for her services, especially a first timer getting their lips done!
The place is called “the aesthetic room” for a reason. As soon as you walk in, you see a beautifully decorated waiting area. The overall aesthetic is so cute. It has a very inviting feel to it. Everyone works there is so nice and helpful. My lash artist, Hailey, is the best! She is so sweet and personable and extremely talented when it comes to lashing. She’s the only person I trust doing my lash extensions. I’m always happy with the way my set looks when she’s done doing a fill and I’m someone who’s extremely picky. Also, the place is super clean!
Erin made me feel so comfortable for my first botox experience! It is extremely clean inside and looks adorable. I will def be coming back in the future.
