The Affordable Spay Neuter Clinic and Pet Care provides veterinary care for the southeastern Pennsylvania region.
We have performed over 20 thousand surgeries of all types since 1987 for rescue organizations and in private hospitals and emergency rooms (including over 15 thousand operations at our current location). This experience allows us to provide very proficient surgery with smaller incisions and no sutures to be removed later. Our top priority everyday is the safety of our patients during and after surgery.
ASNC is also fully equipped to provide general medical care with in house lab, blood analyzers, pharmacy, and digital radiology. We are equipped to see well and sick patients in our exam room and treatment area and we vaccinate daily.
We do our surgery on Mondays thru Wednesdays and see afternoon appointments on those days. We work late on Tuesday night and see appointments (only) on Fridays and Saturdays.

Each year we humans are responsible for the extermination of over 3 million unwanted dogs and cats in the United States. It is estimated that over 40% of pet owners NEVER go to a veterinary office due to ever rising costs. We exist to help this under served population. Our foremost mission is to provide safe, proficient sterilization of dogs and cats so that we may help curb pet overpopulation in our area. Because of our experience after many thousands of surgeries, we are able to provide high quality services at an affordable price. On average, our surgical fees are less than 50% of the prices charged by private small animal hospitals in the greater Philadelphia area. Most importantly, we do not cut corners with our patients.
