The Agency Luxury Realty, founded by Larry Weisberg, has been providing real estate brokerage services domestically and internationally for over 10 years. Shortly after graduating from Law School at the University of Miami, Larry started his own private law practice, and Title Company (www.OasisTitleCompany.com) to compliment the real estate brokerage firm. By providing a turnkey operation, from contract to closing through affiliated businesses, Mr. Weisberg has developed a unique and diverse client roster. The law firm provides a valuable resource by ensuring that all of the clients legal needs, from contract preparation and review to litigation (if necessary), are handled. Oasis Title Company compliments the process as an easy and efficient outlet to review and clear title in order to provide the client with the peace of mind that their investment is protected.
While creating a solid foundation for the law firm, Larry established a strong business relationship with many professional athletes and high net worth clients. Throughout the years Larry has been able to serve his clients with many of their real estate needs. As the brokerage business continued to grow, Larry expanded The Agency team by affiliating with and bringing on board licensed agents with a strong knowledge base of the real estate market, and the different communities in South Florida. Through hard work and dedication, The Agency Luxury Realty established itself as a boutique firm specializing in serving luxury markets. Over the past few years, significant emphasis was placed on developing relationships with affiliated brokerages throughout the US and overseas allowing The Agency to provide valuable brokerage services for its geographically diverse client base.
To further reduce any geographical barriers, Renata Jernigan joined the firm in 2013. Larry met Renata Jernigan while working on a Real Estate transaction for a New York Giants football player. Initially Renata and Larry were competitive with one another as they were fighting on opposite sides for the same business. However they came to admire one another’s tenacity and aptitude for their jobs and began to discuss a partnership. Ultimately Renata came on as the managing partner of The Agency Real Estate brokerage.
By constantly evaluating new opportunities and performing a study of its client’s personal needs, Larry and Renata founded The Agency Concierge. The vision in creating a concierge service came from the desire to provide clients with an extensive range of services beyond Real Estate Law and Sales that also acts both as a profit center and as a lead generator for real estate activities. The Agency Concierge works to provide a complete range of concierge services to its clients ranging from things like babysitting all the way through to yacht rentals. While developing the concept The Agency Concierge has partnered up with concierge specialists. These specialists have an impressive roster of high net worth and athlete clients to whom they have provided concierge service for over 15 years.
Throughout the years passion, hard work, and client loyalty have helped The Agency build a solid foundation and platform for the company. Larry, Renata and all of The Agency associates continue to strive for perfection while seeking innovative ways of sharing their passion for Real Estate worldwide.
