When I walked into the establishment it was very nice and clean. Also when I entered I was in shock because I didn’t know where to start. Not only is this place a bowling ally it also have pool tables and different games in a big play area. A mask is only required if you want to wear one. I decided to go bowling I went into the VIP area. It was very nice only about six lanes, so it was a nice area for the family. They had good music playing with the video to watch and other things were also playing on the big screens. Very nice vibe for a date or even a good outing for the family. They have a full bar with liquor of your choice. Also have a menu to order food from. The drinks were nice from the top shelf no complaints at all. The servers were nice and friendly as well. Definitely plan on going back with the family again. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone to enjoy.
Great place to bowl when you go at the right times! I recommend going during the middle of the day or in the evenings on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. Definitely a great place to practice your game or just have fun with friends. Looking into joining a league here sometime in the near future as well!
9/13 - Went to wash my hands in the men's restroom. One sink works, neither soap dispenser works, and the hand dryers are encrusted in mold. Disgusting 9/20 Update - They've scraped the major chunks of fungus off the hand dryers but they still don't look "clean". Neither soap dispenser works. Telling staff does nothing. Zero maintenance on a regular basis clearly. Would be nice to be able to wash hands and dry them at a place where I eat dinner every week.
I'm old school and bowling alley was well just bowling alley, well this place is not just a bowling alley, arcade, restaurant, bar/grill, birthday party section with own bowling islessee pics. Good place to check both for adults only and family friendly!
It would be no stars if it wasn’t for the Bartender Amanda Higgins. Full bar, trivia with a packed dining room and no servers to help. Meanwhile the manager decided his phone was more important that help run hot food. Feel bad when the staff does not get support from their leaders. Place has really gone downhill. Not to mention takes and hour to get food when you order. Thanks for your hussle Amanda l!!
Tried it again after a few months. Lane got stuck multiple times. Turned off in the middle for several minutes without an explanation. No time added back on. We arrived before five p.m. and still had to pay the expensive after five price. Front desk would not pick up when you called from the speaker at the lane wasting precious minutes off the expensive time we paid for. Stated we wanted to bowl for an hour and a half. Time stopped at 30 min. And we were told that they needed to now charge us more for the next hour than if we just paid for the ninety min. Upfront. Therefore, we did not pay anymore money and left instead of giving you more money when your cashier really messed up! Additional lane malfunctions with the bumpers Staying up when they were not supposed to. What a debacle! Furthermore, I've taken my ball into the pro shop several times since purchasing it there and it is still not correct! A very horrible time at a place that is supposed to be fun!!! The mens bathroom always smells like urine and it is wonderful when you walk by and can smell it several feet outside the entrance while bowling there.
The food has been disappointing as of late, the bathrooms rarely have soap, & the bowling racks keep messing up pin placement. However, there are a couple of great servers who make the experience more enjoyable.
Been here a few times, nothing really special. Lanes always get stuck & wastes your time. The help at the counter is lacking customer service, spend more time chatting instead of helping customers & cannot be trusted. I was recently there with my family and we took the 90 min bowling on regular lanes for $53.99 & 3 pairs of shoes for $3.49 each which comes to $64.46. When I got home I saw that my credit card was charged $82.18 which is $17.72 over what it should of been. Girl behind the counter pressed all the buttons on the credit card device & told me to swipe. Guess she gave herself a tip or they are told to overcharge. Messaged the alley on their website & have not heard back. Guess I'll ask for a receipt next time, if we decide to return.
I enjoyed being there 2day, watching my Steelers, hvnt been since 2020 bf COVID. Met great pp n server Kevin was polite, tentive n on point since I came alone. Cook made chicken just like I asked n salad was delicious. 2 thumbs.thumds up up
Absolutely one of the best entertainment venues this area has to offer! It's so much more than just a bowling alley! They have an arcade, pool tables, a bar with CHEAP drinks and AMAZING food! They serve food late and are open until 2am ish on Friday and Saturday nights. A great place to go and eat and spend the evening and very affordable! Great Food Arcade Bowling Great Prices Pool Tables Plenty of Parking Highly recommended!
