Sandy Allnutt is the team leader and lead listing specialist. Sandy has been licensed since 1998, has a B.B.A. in Real Estate from E.K.U. and she began her career in the appraisal field. This background has been very beneficial in assisting sellers and buyers with proper pricing. She has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS- Out of more than 1 million REALTORS®, less than 3% hold this designation), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), Internet Technology Resource ePRO, and Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI). Sandy is a Lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club and has been a consistent top producer since 2007. Sandy obtained her Broker Associate License in October 2017.
Aaron Allnutt is Sandy's husband and he serves both Sellers and Buyers. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies and has been licensed in Real Estate since 2011. He is a Real Estate Broker. He's an excellent communicator, negotiator, and advocate for his clients. Aaron holds the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certifications. He is a graduate of Keller Williams Bold Training for Real Estate agents and a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club. Aaron obtained his Broker Associate License in October 2017.
