The American Truck Store, LLC is a commercial truck dealership located off of Interstate 90 in Hartford, South Dakota. Our dealership is registered with the South Dakota Department of Revenue as Dealer #2028.

We specialize in fleet appraisals and acquisitions, as well as wholesale and retail sales.

STAY AWAY!!!! Bought truck on story had a overhaul... showed up after driving 6 hrs. They new I was coming with check. Barley any lights worked. No paperwork on engine. Promised would send. Made it 300 miles rearend blew out. Told them I would split cost. Took owner 4 months to say NO... called for 8 months straight never got any engine paperwork.
These guys are Awsome . Thank you Dylan on your honesty and great truck. Bought a truck from these guys on the trust and unseen and had it delivered to me and the truck was all they said would be!. Will def do more business with them !! Keep up the good work and finally a honest dealer !!
I agree with James. Stay away! They do a cheap paint job then polish it up to sell it. Hardly anything thing on the truck works. To many things to list. Lots of rust. Rust in places I have never seen before. I bought the truck unseen. Will never ever do that again. Once they got the Money In there account they would hardly talk to me. My truck is supposed to have a overhaul too, I do have paperwork to support that but I question the validity because I do not believe anything they say. Bad bad.
The disorganization and miscommunication is astonishing here. Was lied to about a clean/in hand title, had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for lien to be paid off and title to be sent. Our truck couldnt work for that time due to IFTA requirement of title receipt. Beyond disappointed with the setvice we recieved here!!!
