The Apple Store at Mayer's Lake Ontario Winery

There’s no wine menu. They claim it’s constantly changing, which isn’t the case. The wines have always been the same. They have 3 beers from a “local brewery” but when we asked what brewery it was, she stated she didn’t know. And didn’t even try to find out. I’m sure that local brewery wouldn’t be pleased to know their beers aren’t being advertised. Over half of the items on the menu aren’t available. But we weren’t told that when we were handed the menus. Wait time on the food was insane and they were not busy. We watched people wait over 20 minutes for a “flight” of wine. Again, no wine menu to pick their wines from! The location and atmosphere are the best. But they need better staff that has more knowledge.

Enchanting! This Winery is beautiful and charming. A Sunday afternoon Open Mic on the Patio under red umbrellas surrounded by lovely foliage was my introduction to Mayers Lake Ontario Winery. Wonderful vibe , food Owner and Staff! Food is also excellent I would say this is a must-visit place!

Charming hidden gem we discovered by chance on a motorcycle ride. Very friendly staff more than willing to accommodate your every request. Delicious pizza from the kitchen!! Tasty cider and wines too!

I heard about a special that the winery was having for Valentine's Day. It included a five course meal paired with the perfect wines for each course from their vineyard. I took my wife, the atmosphere was romantic, the food was delicious and the wait staff was excellent and the cost was excellent as well. I will be returning and highly recommend this place.

My husband, daughter, and I went in for wine and pizza. We met the Owner Dave who was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was perfect and the staff and patrons were friendly and fun. We had wine tastings and a nice dinner, Dave interacted with us throughout our time there and personally did our tasting. Everything was excellent and the Chef was very nice. We bought 5 bottles of wine and can not wait to go back!

Great place! Got waited on by the owner. Excellent Chocolate Porter. Food was exceptional. Highly recommend the charcuterie board.

Delicious Friday fish fry!! Great service and atmosphere.. A hidden gem serving a nice selection of ciders.

Last year: Walked in, waited, no one greeted us, walked out. This year: great service and loved their wines, just wish last year we had the opportunity to enjoy them! Their fries are yummy, too!

All of the ciders and food were amazing! Super cool relaxed spot to hang out!

We wanted to try something different and found a Groupon for Mayers. They took us by surprise on how great the food is. The fish sandwich was far better than expected and the spinach artichoke dip was amazing! I also got a flight but couldn't really decide on a wine. The wine is pretty good but with food, the red wines were fairly the same in taste. Overall the experience with food and drink is great. The staff was also very helpful with the menu. We we directed to a few fan favorites. And also met the chef who made the meals. Very great atmosphere and friendly people.
